Meet the Coach | Melissa Meister

Melissa is an RN, Certified Running Coach, and Certified Health Coach with a nursing and education background. Her work in education and as an RN, along with her own love of running, led her to become passionate about guiding others in seeking health, enjoyment, and personal accomplishment through running. She is an invested member of the running community with multiple organization memberships. When she’s not out running the trails you can find her volunteering for local trail organizations and races. She enthusiastically promotes a welcoming and supportive running community. She has over 15 years of running experience from high school cross country/track to ultra-marathons, with finishes ranging from back of the pack to award winning. She looks forward to supporting you through achieving your goals and celebrating your success!

  • Kettle Moraine 50k – 4th place Women’s Overall, 1st place age group
