Our coaching philosophy emphasizes consistency and enjoyment in training. We prioritize sustainable progress with an emphasis on injury prevention – building training through intentional phases to reach optimal performance when it matters most. Starting with your current level of fitness, we’ll design a training plan to get you to your goal – whether that be developing as a runner, a specific race, or both! Using evidence based professional resources, we design well thought out, personalized training plans. We remain by your side through your training, working collaboratively toward your goals through consistent feedback, communication, and support.
Included in your individualized training plan is:
- Personalized training plan individualized for your goals and scheduling needs
- Consistent updating of training plan based on feedback through regular communication and support
- Strength training and recovery recommendations
- Cross training information and recommendations
- Nutrition information (if desired)
- In person training and race support (additional fee, ask for details)
